Youth Help’s Ministry Application

Youth (Ages 11-17) & Children (Ages 10 & Under) are encouraged to serve on Helps Ministry with the permission of a parent or guardian. One of the criteria for youth & children, under the age of 18, serving on Helps Ministry is academic excellence. They must maintain a grade average of a “C” or better to serve on Helps Ministry. A copy of the last report card received must be emailed or turned in with the Helps Ministry Application for review before a child can be approved to serve. In addition, you must submit their report card to Youth Council after each quarter. Children under the age of eighteen must have a parent or guardian sign and date the application. Children under the age of eighteen are not required to attend the Helps Ministry Orientation class.
